Subject: g500/600 Horizon Error

Just upgraded to a G500, and yes the airplane symbol is riding 2.5 degrees above the horizon; which is very very distracting, especially in SVT mode. Does anyone have a fix for this. We did push up the tail about 2.5 degrees and recalibrated, now my horizon is about 1.5 degrees below the horizon line. Without constantly fiddling and flying, I'm not sure how to correct this. Anyone have a solution? Any idea if garmin will have a software fix for this soon? I am pretty accurate in my flying and having to stare at an "error" correction constantly is annoying to say the least.
